SpotOn Restaurant FOH allows employees to quickly reprint a customer’s credit card slip or receipt from a closed order. This is useful if the original receipt was lost, damaged, or the customer requests an additional copy.

## **FAQs**
**Can I reprint receipts for open orders?**
No. Receipts and credit card slips can only be reprinted from closed orders.
**Will the reprinted receipt show that it is a copy?**
Yes. Depending on the printer configuration and payment processor, the receipt may display as a reprinted copy.
**Can all employees reprint receipts?**
This depends on the employee’s permissions and Job Position settings in the Back Office.

## **Tips**
- Verify the order is marked as **Closed** before attempting to reprint.
- Ensure the receipt printer is connected and online.
- If the credit card number does not appear, confirm the payment was processed as a card transaction.
- If the receipt does not print, try refreshing the order or logging out and back into FOH.
