## **Overview**

Price Levels and Pricing Events allow you to manage flexible pricing for your menu items in **SpotOn Restaurant BOH**. These tools help restaurants apply different prices based on promotions, schedules, order types, or special events without needing to duplicate menu items.

A **Price Level** acts as a pricing label (such as *Happy Hour* or *Late Night*) that can be assigned to menu items. Once created, it becomes an optional price field available across the menu.

A **Pricing Event** uses those Price Levels—or other price adjustments—to automatically apply pricing changes during specific days, times, or conditions. Pricing Events can support simple promotions, such as Happy Hour discounts, or more advanced configurations like scheduled promotions, item availability changes, or bundled promotions.
