## **Overview**
Table Service QR Order & Pay allows guests to scan a QR code at their table to view the menu, place orders, add additional items throughout their visit, and pay directly from their mobile device. This helps streamline service, reduce wait times, and improve the overall guest experience.

## **FAQs**
**Why don't I see a guest's order in the POS?**
Orders will not appear in the POS until the guest taps **Send Items** from their mobile device.
**Can multiple guests at the same table place separate orders?**
Yes. Each guest can create and manage their own order using the QR code at the table.
**Can guests continue adding items after their initial order?**
Yes. Guests can add additional items throughout their visit and submit them directly to the kitchen.

## **Troubleshooting**
- Verify that **Require Table Number** is enabled to ensure orders are associated with the correct table.
- Confirm that QR codes are placed in visible and accessible locations on each table.
- If orders are not appearing in the POS, verify that guests have tapped **Send Items** after adding menu items.
- Train staff on how to identify and manage multiple QR orders associated with a single table.
