## Overview
Restaurants using SpotOn eGift will now be able to access a ‘Gift Card’ report powered by eCard Systems (ECS) directly within the SpotOn Dashboard–no separate login required. ECS’ metrics are fully integrated to create a seamless experience built specifically for SpotOn. The report provides operators with visibility into the health of their gift card program, including insights into gift card sales, redemptions, active card balances, and outstanding liability year-over-year trend views help operators understand seasonality and program growth.

## How to Find the ‘Gift Card’ Report
1. Log in to the [SpotOn Dashboard](https://dashboard.spoton.com/) with credentials (Username & Password)
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, **select Reports** > **Gift Cards**

**Why are we embedding eCard Systems-powered metrics inside SpotOn?**
To reduce context switching and improve daily operations. This supports workflow efficiency and creates a more unified SpotOn experience.

**Is the report replacing the standalone eCard Systems Dashboard?**
No. The embedded dashboard is a read-only view of key gift card program metrics. Full management of eCard Systems still lives in their standalone dashboard.

**Who can access the report?**
Access follows existing SpotOn Dashboard permissions. A restaurant must:
- Be actively using eCard Systems for gift cards
- Be on RPOS or Express
- Have SpotOn Dashboard access

**How do I find the Kitchen report in the Dashboard?**
Access the report by navigating to **Reports > Gift Cards** in the [SpotOn Dashboard](https://dashboard.spoton.com/).

**Is there any additional cost?**
No. The Gift Card report is included at no additional cost for SpotOn restaurants using eCard Systems for gift cards.

**Is the Gift Card report in Dashboard view-only?**
Yes. It is not a full eCard Systems management suite. Edits to settings or workflows must be made in the eCard Systems Dashboard.

**Does the eCard Systems-powered Gift Card report require a new login?**
No. Authentication is handled through the SpotOn Dashboard — no separate eCard Systems login is required to view embedded metrics.

**Will data match the standalone eCard Systems dashboard?**
Yes. The embedded experience surfaces the same data. However, layout and available views may differ.
