SpotOn Reserve Company Analytics provides insights into your restaurant’s performance across one or multiple locations. These reports help you understand guest traffic, booking trends, operational efficiency, and overall service performance.

## **Step-by-Step Instructions**
### **Access Company Analytics**
1. Log in to the **SpotOn Reserve Web Portal**
2. From the left-hand menu, click **Analytics**
3. Select **Company**

### **Adjust Date Range & Export Data**
1. Use the date selector in the upper-right corner of the report to choose your desired date range
2. Click the **Download** button to export the report as a CSV file

- **Booking Method**
View guest booking activity by source, including total parties and covers
- **Covers**
Analyze total covers, number of parties, and average party size
- **Days Used**
Track which days each location is actively using the Reserve Host App
- **Events**
Monitor usage of special event flags and party flags
- **Expected Covers**
Forecast expected guest traffic by booking date, capacity, hour, meal time, and source using historical data
- **Expected Reservations by Day**
View projected reservation counts by day based on past trends
- **Experience Participation**
Compare completed experiences versus cancellations
- **Experience Utilization**
Measure how much of your available capacity is being used for experiences
- **Experience Wait Time Efficiency**
Review average wait times for each experience
- **Party Status**
Track completed reservations versus cancellations
- **Guest Status**
View completed covers compared to cancellations
- **Meal Durations**
Compare estimated versus actual dining times by party size
- **Parties by Size**
Analyze the distribution and percentage of completed parties by size
- **Parties Sat**
See how many guests, parties, and tables are seated every 15 minutes during operating hours
- **Party Flag Use**
Track how frequently each party flag is used
- **Wait Time Efficiency**
Compare estimated wait times to actual wait times for waitlisted parties
