## Overview** **

Fresh KDS for Express supports partial offline mode functionality. When a Fresh KDS is connected to the local SpotOn provided network, but the local network doesn’t have an active internet (ISP) connection, orders sent from the POS will still show up on Fresh KDS. 

This guide covers Fresh KDS features that remain unavailable until the ISP connection is restored.
