Guests can add themselves to the waitlist by entering their phone number directly on the kiosk screen. This reduces host workload and helps manage waitlists efficiently during busy service periods. Guests receive **SMS notifications** when their table becomes available. **Can hosts still manage the waitlist?** Yes. The host team can still **view and manage all waitlist entries** from the Host App. **Does the kiosk replace the host?** No. The kiosk is designed to **assist the host team**, not replace them.
