The Settlements Report shows how your sales are converted into bank deposits. Use this report to review the batches included in each deposit, any fees or deductions, and the final amount sent to your bank account.

---

### Step 1: Go to Settlements

1. Log in to the SpotOn Dashboard (<u>[dashboard.spoton.com](http://dashboard.spoton.com/)</u>)
2. In the left navigation, select **Reports** > **Settlements**
**Note:** Depending on your account, you may need to select **Reports** > **Accounting** > **Settlements** instead.
3. For multi-location SpotOn accounts: Use the **Location Picker** (top) to select individual locations to compare.

1. Use the arrows next to the date range, or select the dates to choose a preset range.
2. Select **Apply Filters**.

### Step 3: Review your deposit summary

The Settlements Report lists deposits by **Estimated Deposit Date**.

Each deposit row includes:

- **Estimated Deposit Date:** The expected date funds will reach your bank account.
- **Total Batched:** Your total credit and debit sales included in the deposit.
- **Fees:** Processing and service fees deducted before the deposit is sent.
- **Other:** Adjustments, such as refunds or chargebacks.
- **Net Deposit:** The final amount sent to your bank account.

**Note:** If the **Net Deposit** amount appears in red, that line is not a deposit — it is a debit. This means SpotOn is pulling that amount from your bank account. This can occur when fees or adjustments exceed the sales in a batch, or when monthly fees are collected.

To view more details about a deposit, select the **arrow** next to it. The expanded deposit shows:

- The individual batches included in the deposit
- Fees deducted from those batches
- Additional adjustments
- The final net deposit amount

**Note for Rapid Fund clients:** If you closed your batch after 9:00 PM ET, you may notice **Batch Pending**. This is expected and does not affect your deposit — funds are still sent within 30 minutes of closing your batch. The Pending status will clear by the following morning.

### Step 4: Open Batch Details (Optional)

To review more information about a specific batch, open the **Batch ID**.

Batch details may include:

- **Net Batch Amount:** The total amount processed in that batch.
- **Total Transactions:** The number of transactions included in the batch.
- **Breakdown by Card:** Sales grouped by card type.
- **Transaction List:** Individual sales and refunds, including status and amount.
