Set up SpotOn Express **Online Ordering** directly from your SpotOn Dashboard; no need to contact Support.  
This process takes just a few minutes and allows you to start accepting orders right away.

##  Step-by-Step Instructions

### Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

1. Go to **[dashboard.spoton.com](http://dashboard.spoton.com)**
2. Sign in using your SpotOn account credentials.
3. Complete any MFA prompt if requested.
4. From the left navigation menu, select **Online Ordering**.

Once Online Ordering is live, you can manage your menu, hours, pickup, and delivery settings any time. See [Manage Your Online Ordering | Express](https://help.spoton.com/space/SK/4263542786/Getting+Started+with+SpotOn+Order+%7C+SpotOn+Express) for step-by-step instructions.

### Send a test order from settings

Sending a test order is not limited to initial setup. You can re-run it on demand at any time — useful after updating hardware or when running into issues. 

1. From the SpotOn Dashboard, go to **Online Ordering > Order Routing > Send test order**
  - *Alternatively, from ****Online Ordering****, select the “****Send test order****” quick action chip*
2. A status result will prompt: Test order sent, or Test order failed
3. **Confirm** the result on the positive prompt "Did you receive a test order?":
  1. Yes, I’m good to go.
  2. No, nothing printed.
4. For a failure-state prompt: **Resend test print**.
