## **Overview**

QuickBooks is an accounting software platform that helps businesses streamline financial management, track income and expenses, send invoices, manage bills, and generate financial reports. SpotOn Restaurant Reporting includes a QuickBooks Export feature that allows merchants to map POS Categories to their QuickBooks Chart of Accounts for easy financial reconciliation.

My report won't export and is showing an error. How can I fix this?

Make sure you have ALL data fields filled in with their corresponding code from QuickBooks. Save, reload the report, and you can export it.

Why won't the export upload to my QuickBooks?

The QuickBooks Export works for most versions of QuickBooks. However, QuickBooks changes their format of reports frequently which causes some not to work as intended. If this occurs, you can still use the export to manually input the data.
