**Overview**

The Hourly Sales Report provides a breakdown of your sales activity by hour. This report helps you identify peak business times, evaluate staff performance by sales periods, and monitor trends throughout the day. All data displayed can be downloaded or exported for further analysis.

## **FAQs**

**Why don’t I see sales for certain hours?**  
The report only displays hours during which sales activity occurred.

**Can I view multiple locations at once?**  
If you have access to multiple locations, use the location selector at the top of the reporting site to switch between them.

**Why does my data change when I switch between Open Time and Close Time?**  
Open Time reflects when the check was opened; Close Time reflects when the check was closed. Depending on your workflow, these values may differ.

- If data appears incomplete, confirm you selected the correct **Date Range**.
- Use **Export to Excel or CSV** for deeper analysis or to share results with your team.
- If charts don’t appear, refresh the page and verify you’re using Google Chrome.
