## **Overview**

The Product Mix (or **P-Mix**) report shows detailed performance for every menu item in your restaurant. It helps you quickly see:

- Which items are your best sellers
- When they sell
- Who sells them
- How modifiers and add-ons are being used
- Order and sales history at the item level

As with other SpotOn Restaurant POS reports, Product Mix is fully interactive. You can drill down into very granular data points with just a few clicks.

## **FAQs **

**Q: Can I see modifiers and add-ons in the Product Mix report?**  
**A:** Yes. Use the **With Modifiers** display option or click into an item to open the **Item Details Report**, which shows modifier quantities and sales.

**Q: Can I see which employees are selling a specific item the most?**  
**A:** Yes. Use the **By Employee** display option in Product Mix, or open the **Item Details Report**, which includes an **Employee Sales of Item** section.

**Q: Does changing the date range affect both the charts and the item table?**  
**A:** Yes. The selected **Date Range** applies to the interactive charts, summary information, and all detailed item-level data.

## **Tips**

- **No data is showing in the report**
  - Confirm that the **Date Range** includes days when your restaurant was open and processing orders.
  - Make sure you are viewing the correct **location** (if you manage multiple locations).
- **The numbers look lower than expected**
  - Check your **filters** (Category, Daypart, Order Type, etc.) to ensure you’re not excluding data unintentionally.
  - Verify that refunds and discounts are accounted for in the selected view.
- **Export or email is not received**
  - Confirm that the email address is correct and check spam/junk folders.
  - If using **Create Subscription**, verify that the subscription is active and that the scheduled time has passed.
- **Item link to Item Details Report is not working**
  - Refresh the page and try again.
  - If the issue persists, contact SpotOn Support and provide the item name, date range, and a screenshot if possible.
