## Overview

Customizing printed receipts in Dashboard is quick and simple. You can easily choose what information appears at the top and bottom of every customer receipt.

With these settings, you can:

- Add or edit custom header & footer text - like return policies, thank-you messages, Wi-Fi details, and more.
- Apply updates across multiple locations (where supported) with confidence

> ⚠️ **Known Limitations: **  
> ⚠️ Currently, the receipt font type and size can not be customized, or the lines that appear on the receipt. You *can* edit the text within existing fields (such as the business name or phone number), adding custom text to the top or bottom of the receipt only.

> ℹ️ Unlike Express digital logos (CFD, SMS, and Email), which are updated through the Dashboard, logos for printed receipts are managed by SpotOn Support. **Can the employee/server name be removed from SpotOn Express printed receipts?**

No. You can only edit text within existing fields (like Business Name or Phone) or add custom text to the header and footer. You **cannot** remove the employee name line.
