## **Overview**

SpotOn Restaurant allows merchants to customize delivery boundaries directly from the Back of House (BOH). Delivery Areas define where online delivery orders can be accepted, while Exclusion Areas allow specific locations within the Delivery Area to be excluded from delivery service.

Before configuring delivery zones, check with your local and state tax authorities to ensure compliance with any applicable tax or service fee regulations.

**Can I create more than one Delivery Area?**

No. Each location can have only one Delivery Area. However, you can create multiple Exclusion Areas within that Delivery Area.

**Can I create multiple Exclusion Areas?**

Yes. Multiple Exclusion Areas can be created within a single Delivery Area.

**How can I verify that my Delivery Area was saved?**

Reopen the map editor after saving and confirm that your delivery boundaries are still visible.

**What is an Exclusion Area?**

An Exclusion Area is a section within your Delivery Area where delivery service is not available.
