## **Overview**

Driver Management allows delivery drivers to view, select, and manage their assigned delivery orders directly from the FOH. Drivers can organize their delivery sequence, transfer orders to their login, and close out completed deliveries once payment and tips are applied.

## **Step-by-Step Instructions**

#### **Complete Delivery and Close Orders**

When the driver returns to the store, they will:

- Apply the payment
- Adjust their tip (if applicable)
- Close out the tab

> ⚠️ **Note:** If payment is taken in advance, the driver must still return to the store to adjust their tip and close the order. Even if payment is processed, the order will remain *Open* until it is closed in the FOH.

#### **To Close an Order**

1. Open the **Ticket Commands** menu by tapping the top of the guest check.
2. Tap **Close** from the Ticket Commands menu.
3. The order status will change to **Closed.**

## **FAQ**

**Q:** Why does my order still show as “Open” even though payment was taken?  
**A:** Orders remain open until the driver returns to the store and manually closes them in the FOH.

## **Tips**

- If the **“Transfer Successful”** message does not appear, ensure the driver is logged in with the correct permissions.
- Orders that fail to close correctly may need to be reopened and manually closed again.
- Verify all orders have been closed before running end-of-day reports.
