This report updates in real time, so you always see the latest data. --- ## Who It’s For Both SpotOn Express and Restaurant POS (RPOS) clients have access to Daily Recap in the Dashboard. --- ## Steps to Access the Daily Recap Report ### Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard 1. Go to [dashboard.spoton.com](https://dashboard.spoton.com/). 2. Sign in using your SpotOn account credentials. 3. Complete any MFA prompt if requested --- ## How It Works --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ### **Download the Daily Recap Report to an Excel File** Export an Excel (.xlsx) file from the Daily Recap page. > ℹ️ **Known limitations:** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ - Scheduled or automated Excel file exports. > ℹ️ - Choosing specific sections to export. > ℹ️ - The file contains raw metrics only—no comparisons or benchmarks. --- ### **Subscribe to Daily Recap Report Emails** Want the Daily Recap delivered straight to your inbox? Set up a scheduled email subscription to receive your report daily, weekly, or monthly — no login required. You can also add recipients such as accountants or bookkeepers who may not have a SpotOn Dashboard account.
