Trigger-based deal reporting will provide you with comprehensive reporting on automated emailed New Customer, Birthday, and Lapsed customer deals. Including both email metrics (delivered, opened, clicked) and deal redemption metrics.

| **Accessing Trigger-based Deals Report:**<br>1. From the left menu, select **Marketing**

| Within the Marketing Dashboard, you can view the overall metrics of your Campaigns and Deals associated with your Locations.<br>> ℹ️ When you click on the campaign or deal, you can view a detailed campaign report

> ℹ️   - Deals Redeemed
> ℹ️   - Sales with a Deal
> ℹ️   - Details
> ℹ️     - Deal details: show the $ or % off promotion
> ℹ️     - Deal Status: Active
> ℹ️     - Start date: Beginning of the month
> ℹ️     - End Date: End of the month
