## FAQs

**Do I need an account to earn loyalty rewards?**  
Yes. You will need to enter your phone number or email the first time you use the Earn feature to create a profile.

**Can I reorder past orders?**  
Yes. Use the Order History tab to quickly reorder previous items.

- Make sure your app is updated to access all toolbar features.
- If your QR code does not scan, refresh the Earn screen and try again.
- Ensure your loyalty profile is completed to properly earn rewards.
