## Overview 

View same-day and previous-day orders through the **All Orders** list on your SpotOn Express Point of Sale (POS). This list is commonly used to reprint receipts or issue refunds.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Can I use the date picker to review orders older than the past day?**  
No. The date picker is limited to generating order data only for today and yesterday on the All Orders page. To view aggregated past orders, use the Daily Recap or End of Day Report. Please note: the Daily Recap and End of Day Reports do not show individual orders or allow POS refunds.

**Does SpotOn Express save previous customer information to attach to new orders?**  
No. Currently, SpotOn Express only stores customer data through Loyalty. However, this is on the future roadmap. 

**Can SpotOn & 3rd Party Online Ordering order receipts be reprinted from the SpotOn Express POS station?**  
No. Online orders in All Orders are view-only. Express POS doesn't support printing receipts for online orders.
