1. Go to [dashboard.spoton.com](https://dashboard.spoton.com/).
2. Sign in using your SpotOn account credentials.
3. Complete any MFA prompt if requested.

# **Activating and Deactivating an Employee**

| 1. Navigate to the **Employees** dropdown menu and select **My Employees** |  |
| 2. Select the **three dots** to the right of the desired employee
3. Select **Deactivate** from the menu |  |
| 4. Select **Deactivate** to confirm
> ℹ️ ***[Deleting](https://spotonteam.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SK/pages/edit-v2/3838410774?draftShareId=1c760e24-ab20-4a41-b87c-2ca0f3ba11c5#Delete-an-Employee)****[ an employee](https://spotonteam.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SK/pages/edit-v2/3838410774?draftShareId=1c760e24-ab20-4a41-b87c-2ca0f3ba11c5#Delete-an-Employee)** removes them from the business entirely.*
> ℹ️ ***Deactivating**** an employee marks them “Inactive”, which only temporarily disables their access.* |

| 5. To mark an **Inactive Employee** as active, follow steps 1-3 and choose **Activate**. This will restore their access |
