<summary>How do I confirm that a Job Position was created correctly?</summary>

Assign the Job Position to an employee, log in to the Front of House, and clock in with that employee. Confirm that the Job Position appears as an option and that its permissions and workflows work as expected.

<summary>Why can’t an employee see or use a Job Position?</summary>

Verify that the employee is assigned to the Job Position and organization, then review the Position’s permissions, Order Viewing/Editing settings, and Order Transferring rules. Save the changes and test again from the Front of House.

<summary>What should I review before enabling permissions?</summary>

Grant only the permissions required for the employee’s responsibilities. Pay particular attention to cash management, payment, discount, order editing, and personnel permissions because these settings can affect financial controls and labor workflows.

## **Tips for setup**

- Use clear, consistent names such as Server, Bartender, or Manager.
- Confirm whether the Position should accept payments, order transfers, or cash-management tasks.
- Review Tip Jars, break settings, clock-out behavior, and pay rate before saving.
- Test the Position with a sample employee on the Front of House after configuration.
