These surveys help restaurants gather valuable guest feedback by allowing guests to rate their dining experience on a **1–5 star scale** and provide additional comments about their visit. The feedback can help restaurants monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Clients can view all guest reviews on their **SpotOn Dashboard **(not Reserve Web Portal)** under Customers > Reviews**. First-time users must click ‘Gather Data’ to collect all guest reviews and view them in one place.
