## **Overview**
Reporting Subscriptions allow you to receive automated daily email reports for any report that includes the **Print** button with a drop-down menu. This makes it easy to receive reports such as Product Mix, Sales, or Labor summaries without logging in each day.

## FAQs
**When will I receive my subscription email?**
Reports are sent **after the location has closed for the day and all payment batches are finalized**.
**Can I edit or delete an existing subscription?**
Yes. Go to **Subscriptions**, select the subscription from the list, make any required changes, and save.
**Can I create multiple subscriptions for the same report?**
Yes. You may create different subscriptions for different locations, date ranges, or recipients.

## **Tips**
**Not receiving your report?**
- Confirm the subscription is **Enabled**.
- Verify the report’s scheduled weekdays.
- Check spam or junk folders for your email provider.
- Ensure all recipients' email addresses are correctly formatted.
**Subscription did not arrive after closing?**
- The report will only send **after all batches are complete**. If the POS is left open or batches remain unclosed, delivery may be delayed.
**Using multiple locations?**
- Make sure you selected the correct **Location** when creating the subscription.
