## Spoilage Report

The **Spoilage Report** displays a breakdown of comps, wastes, and total spoilage by event, inventory item, vendor, and category.

This report is most often used to review total spoilage by event or vendor at end-of-day or after an event. Specific events can be chosen from the filters provided.
