Use **Reopen** to reopen a previously closed order. **What is the difference between Send and Quick Send?** **Send** submits the items and returns you to the start screen, while **Quick Send** submits the items and keeps the current order open. **What does Release Scheduled Order do?** It overrides the scheduled release time and immediately sends the scheduled order to the kitchen. **Can I split a check by guest?** Yes. Use **Split by Guest** to quickly divide a check by guest. **Can I remove gratuity after it has been added?** Yes. Use **Remove Gratuity** to adjust or remove gratuity from the order. --- ## **Tips** - **Attach Credit Card** is supported only with **MSR card readers**. - **Transfer** is available only if the receiving employee is clocked in and eligible to receive orders. - **Scheduled Orders** must have a valid release time before they can be automatically sent to the kitchen. - **House and Loyalty** is used only for **House Accounts**.
