## Overview

The **Open Hours** section in the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal allows you to configure when your restaurant accepts reservations. You can manage:

- **Standard Hours** (your recurring weekly schedule)
- **Split Open Hours** (multiple service periods in one day)
- **Special Holiday Hours** (date-specific overrides)

**Annual Reminder for Holidays**

Review Special Hours once per year:

- Fixed-date holidays (e.g., December 25) occur on the same calendar date annually.
- Floating holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving) change dates each year and must be updated manually.

Special Hours always override Standard Hours.

The restaurant will be marked **closed** for that day, and reservations will not be accepted.
