SpotOn Loyalty helps you drive repeat business by giving your customers a way to earn points, redeem rewards, and feel like valued members. You can offer enrollment rewards and make it easy for customers to sign up at checkout through your SpotOn point-of-sale. Customers can easily check in using just a phone number, email address, or the free SpotOn mobile app.

## Loyalty Spend & Redemption

| 1. Go to [dashboard.spoton.com](https://dashboard.spoton.com/) and log in
2. Hover your cursor on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
3. Select **Marketing & Loyalty** at the bottom of the menu
4. Select **Loyalty** |  |
| The Loyalty section has two tabs located at the top of the screen: **Loyalty Spend** and **Loyalty Redemption,** with a calendar on the right to access the Date Range
**Loyalty Spend** displays how much loyalty customers have spent at your business.
**Loyalty Redemption** displays the number of redemptions for the specified timeframe.
The reports display:
- Customer Name
- Total Loyalty Spend
- Reward Redeemed
- Order ID
Use **search bar** on the top right corner of the screen to look up customers by **Customer Name or Card Code **

## Rules for Earning Points

| 1. Hover your cursor on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
2. Select **Account & Settings** at the bottom of the menu
3. Select **Loyalty **and then **Rules for Earning Points **
4. Select Points per Dollar or Points per visit.
5. Add a **Bonus Rule** (optional). |

## Rewards

| 1. Hover your cursor on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
2. Select **Account & Settings** at the bottom of the menu
3. Select **Loyalty **and then** Rewards** |  |
| The rewards section will show:
- Reward Name
- Total of Points Redeemed
- Discount
**Add Reward**
- Select** Add Reward** button
- Enter a **Name** for the new reward in the Reward Name Field
- Input the total number of Points and select if the discount is a percentage or a dollar amount
**Edit Reward**
- Locate the reward that requires removal and select the **penci icon**
**Deactivate Reward**
- Locate the reward you want to deactivate and toggle the blue switch (active) to the **off** position. The reward will now display as inactive. |

## Guest Engagement

| ### **Sign Up Page **
- Copy the sign-up link. You can post this link on your website or social media to encourage customers to sign up for your program.
- Download the QR code to print and use onsite
> ⚠️ *Please do not use the QR code in this help article. You will find your own uniquely auto-generated QR code in your own Loyalty settings.*
- When customers open the link, they can share their phone (required) and email (optional) to sign up for your Loyalty program. They also have the option to provide additional personal information like **First Name**, **Last Name**, and **Birthday** to provide more customized outreach. |

**Loyalty Widget**
- Enter the desired text into the **Text** field
- Check the **Color of the Text** box to change the widget’s font color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color
- Check the **Color of the Background** box to change the widget’s background color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color
- From **Position**, choose between having the widget appear in the lower left or right of the website
- Once all needed changes have been made, select **Copy** on the right side of the screen to copy the HTML code, which can then be added to the website
- The new Loyalty Widget will now display on the website |
